I personally went for Acc, because then the RM natural +2 to reload effectively gave them base stats of 13/13, and I wanted my accuracy to perform slightly better during the blitz period. But really, there is no distinct difference between the two. Cap accuracy 4 levels earlier or reload 3 levels earlier. Either way, you're accuracy capping every level before your bb2, and reload capped before bb4.

Who told you that there's no reload cap?

Of course there is one - for main gunners it is around 2.7M true ability, for AA gunners 2.4M TA.

Man, all these people spreading myths, misunderstandings and half-truths...
