i neva heard a cap in blockshoting...it depend on your gunner stat, level... the guns your using and fcs(?)...not all guns blockshot though...

Like Phantom said, it varies based on the gun, not all guns are capable of blockshotting either. I wouldnt really expect to see BB gunners blockshot before 90 if theyre elite, probably even later.

Most guns will NEVER blockshot.
Those that can, you will find them in the gun roster with the added information "acc revision 25", if I remember well (the others have "acc revision 0").
