Level 96, about 3000 more DP, slightly better submergence, 1 extra support slot, an extra bind of ammo for R slot and larger T slots, slightly better OH protection, room for one more scout, kick ass paint.

Yes. You won't fit any ammo, but the guns on their own will fit. If you check, lvl 100 guns with 1 bind of ammo takes 579 space. Missouri has 578 R slot space, 1 less than needed, and that was done on purpose.
To clarify, no EBB5 can use BB5 guns, theyre BB4 level and use BB4 guns, preventing them from using BB5 guns was a focus of balancing them. Thus some changes to KM gun space, etc.

Submergence means how much damage a ship takes, basically. It's a slightly daft stat. It's what allows little ships like DDs and CLs from taking full damage from BBs, but also allows smaller BBs to take a bit less damage than bigger ones.
OH protection is what I call 'structural strength' (because structural strength is a misleading name) which defines how much damage your ship can take before you start to lose speed and your ability to OH. It has the same effect as bulkhead armor.

But it is not considered a bb5.

Like I said in my second post, ebb5s are bb4 level. Based on bb4 hulls that use bb4 guns, they have a level half way between bb4 and bb5 and have a few improvements to help with the grind, but using bb5 guns is not one of those improvements.
