Well the EBB5 Clemenceau is like any other EBB5 a simple copy of the BB4 with +1 support slot. i think its a tiny bit faster then the stook richelieu. since its a lvl 96 ship better try richelieu first and then reconsider if you want a EBB version of it.

Though i can recommend the EBB4 strasbourg 1938. Have it and its a fun ship which is ok for grinding. It has a very nice tight spread, is small and has good turning force. the only issue it has is that it needs really very good engineers and even then it is slower then the stook stras. the EBB version does max 25/42, the normal one 27/45 but with crappy spread.

I have the richie, and I heard someone saying you could use bb5 guns on the Clemenceau, the Alsace ones, but correct me if I'm wrong(most probably).

I am pretty sure that it cant but better go ingame and ask someone who is playing a clemenceau. There are some running around.

No, it cannot mount any better guns than the original richi guns. I did not experience a higher speed than driving the richi with same setup, but my 5 engies are stilling missing several lvls till 96.

But i appreciate the slightly higher DP and the extra support slot.

From using it, it's honestly just a re-paint with an extra support slot, and a tad more DP.

GG SDE, you managed to get me to waste a month of my life to get something I already have. 

Richelieu is my favourite BB4 and I didn't get the Clemenceau.
I don't need Clemeceau for leveling and with it not receiving extra ammo ( the one big failing of the Richelieu) it was not enough of an upgrade from the Richelieu to waste the Xmas event on.
