Ok a little confused, MN  do not chose the AA line for my AA gunners because it only nerfs stats and adds to the aaw that is not working or fixed to each ship correct?

Ok do I keep the 2 AA Gunners I made classed as? Armament?
Gunner and stay there?  or go all the way up to Chief Gunner for my t slot gunners? thanks

Correct, choose the gunner career and class him until chief gunner. You will not further nerf the Restore/Repair stats after classing to gunner, but will earlier reach the reload cap.

Make sure you have +12 reload sailors for aa (and better with +10 acc stat or higher), optional an elite reload gunner, if you want to spend the money

MN got no AA gunner line anyway (Mch Gunner is disabled long time ago)... so class him liek your main gunner... make sure you have high reload stat, +12 or an elite reload which has +13... enjoy MN :)
