ok so i was playing in my L1, along came a german dd, i decided id rather pratice my PHH aiming than use my main guns
I shot 1 salvo of 1 HH launcher, 2 phh shells hit and i got 2.3k off him. really?.  ive also seen countless videos on youtube where DDs with
PHH go nuts and kill bb1-5s.  DDs shouldnt be able to kill bb's like that.  While i belive the under water power is fine i belive the surface
power ruins gbs and mostly blitz.

And to add that PHH shell does 3k on sub, which means a moltke at point blank can do 80k+ damage against a sub.
