hi all, i want to start new crew in RM, for BB ship.
so, which and how many sailor should i have? 

also, can someone tell me the BONUS and the MALUS of RM?

i know that for uk,ijn and KM, but i really don't know the quality of RM!

and which line should i have to take?

pls help me!

RM AA isn't worth it, so you want to run with engis,reps only unless oyu intend to use HHs.

So basic:
1x BO
2 xGunners (RM has very high reload growth but any sailor will cap, so base isnt that important unless you want to play skillless WaW. If you run elite reload gunners for RM in WaW you will have a maschine gun like reload) 
1x Scout

For +12s and just 100vets+full experts:
6x engis, 4x reps

For elite and/or high # of vets:
7x engis, 3x reps

Elite reps and 12/10/10 enigs and near vet cap this may work best (havent done math but RM has the 2nd best reps allowing them to hit rep cap easier:
8engis, 2x reps

If you want to run with HHs I would recommed to run just 1 gunner for the HHs, since RM BB6+5 and of of the 4s have so many t-slots that 1 gunner offeres enough firepower to nuke any sub. So run 1Bo,1scout,3Gunner,3-4reps,5-6engis for HHs
