Fighter PLANE? Im told KM til T4, not sure.

Fighter PILOT? US, ebve is +40 on their third class.

You should not... i repeat YOU should NOT class fighters as squad leader.

Also... USN T4 fighters are the best both Pilot and stat wise.
US long with MN has +3 to fighter (+2 from ation and +1 from special force classing).
Besides their T4 fighter is THE BEST at everything... cept for DP where IJN T4 has several points more... but the DP difference is marginal and US has better pilots anyway.

I classed my US pilots all the way to squad leader and they do just fine (even without a seaman). The old argument is becoming less and less true.
