ok wth means the PER in the armor infos

saw the BB6's armor changes but i still dunno what PER means

any enlightment on that?

per means weight per increment of the armor. incase you didnt notice, this armor is now ridiculously heavy, making the ship un-armor whore able and easier to kill with bb5

Having a Kaiser/Nebraska/Amagi that could bounce Kaiser or QV shells at max angle was overpowered. That has been fixed.

It is also worth mentioning (though I recognize the futility of saying it here) that it wasn't ever intended.
