I believe is not automatic. Please send a Support Ticket under Event with the prize you were aiming for.

Yes, it is automatic, i got my prizes already, and averytime I reach a lvl for it! Check your item storage!

curious, my friend started an account before this event, i told him to make an account for the 30month prem, will he still be eligible to win items in this event?

not at all, just topped off my storage to 30 acc and no prize

its not in storage its in your items list.

hmmm the big problem I see here -

If your grinding a storage account- then technically you are playing a second account and exploiting the system.

As such - you probably wont get anything.

Just a thought.
