New patch in regards with the EBB Le Havre

I'm not sure if this was intended, but is the le havre no longer suppose to use the strats gun?, If so, then what was the point in getting the EBB in the first place if its just a slightly better lyon?

EBB 1's are litterally meant o be BB 1.5's so that is why they did this.

Le harve should have better speed and better spread than the Lyon, fixing it's 2 main problems.
Unfortunately, nothing was done this patch due to the low turn out rates on the test server testing sessions.

I'll admit, the speed for the Le Havre was improved, however, the spread has hardly changed at all, and still seems like it was the same before the patch.

i dont know if u knowticed but le havre is an ebb2 in case of how good it is ebb3

Remember it is also a lvl 60ish BB.
It isn't mean to be overpowered. Having such lvl to use a bb3 guns, is a no, unless you increase the lvl to 70/80, that is another story, but yet, it will still be an issue with the guns it carries,
Even all EBB23 needs a nerf bat, seriously.

Even all EBB23 needs a nerf bat, seriously.
Even if it was nerfed to be unable to use the stras guns(might have been overpowered, but I understand), then why would there still be a need to nerf the dp on it? Compared to the other EBBs, the difference in dp is around 2000-3000 apart, and the other EBBs still outperform it (Hyuga, O pro II, Maryland, not sure about the Warspite as I don't own it nor have I tried it).

So you're saying, we (the players) are given novelty ships (for our enjoyment) from events, and that they have to be nerfed, thats pretty absurd. If you guys have to keep nerfing things to be balanced, I'm sure most of the players would be ever so disappointed.

If only you could post that on the test server section.
Care to post it for me? I'm not active as much as I used to be, nor was I really into the test server (since the one time I went to try it, everything was in a complete mess).
