It probably has BB2/3 range, as it's using the EBB guns right now instead of the BB1 12" guns...

I tried telling SDE via MM to change those guns to the BB1 guns instead of the EBB guns, but they were never done.

it was 12" 1906 or something, i think it need something to be done, i know i have mandel but as PCA competing with a bb3 which no other PCA can do is kinda wrong...

Mandel was the best PCA by far, but now, whit lvl 50 12" guns it's crazy, but beware, without the possibility of those guns becomes a worse PCA than Asama, slow, very short range and bad spread.

I do not think it is so difficult to find a middle ground. If you want it to be slower than Molke, should have the same range too. If you want to have a little less range than Molke, should be a bit faster too.

As easy as that.
