First of all i searched for this and only found one suggestion and it was a bad idea.

 Waiting 6 or 7 minutes for a room to start is bad enough and its only worse when the host is afk and you have to do it all over again.
In my opinion there should be a button to ban the host of  GBs and blitzs whom are AFK.
Im not sure what precentage of players would have to push this button before a host should be banned and thats for the mods to decide.
