patch was half done, things that were not stated in patch notes were done, ie structura defense changes and armor cells for many ships was changed......Also note velocity bonus for many guns ammo is not taking affect.

so ummmm 3

SN CV's got buffed,MN CV's not feasible (Yeah Right)

SN BB's not feasible,MN BB's got buffed.

They should just patched the CV changes on to the live servers a long time ago and take more time to balance the BB's...

Do you have any idea what things like armour cells and structural defense changes mean? Nope.

from what someone said in fleet chat earlyer the alsace is now able to do 44 knts with 3 guns wich is just hillariously wrong.....

This thread is really not constructive in any way.

As stated in many threads, MN and SN balance is not finished and further changes might be applied.
If someone feels this patch was not what they expected, please go to the Test Server Forum and voice your opinions for the patches to come.

There are a lot of people working to make this game better, anyone is welcomed to be a part of that group.
