PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FIRST POSTED BY ME THEN THE RESPONCE BY TNF AND TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH IT
ps this was the day after patch

i just logged off my account and logged back in and im missing a full ss4 crew including h44 lvl supps that was sitting in my harbor on the sub which is gone also all thats left is the bo sitting in my sailor list which was on the sub as well that and if it sold my ss as part of the patch im also missing creds from taht because i got the right amount for the joffre that was sold but not the plz reset my acc pre patch ty

Hello there,

All your points are paid to your H.Q.
Pleaes check your lost points after the server patch in this week.

If you don't have the points to your H.Q, then you didn't have BB6 to be sold during the patch time.
Also, the armor fee will be paid "before" the next patch time.

Seeing as how they had thousands of tickets this weekend, I don't blame them for using the copy paste method in order to get through things quickly.

I am sure if you submit another support ticket, everything will be resolved.

i doubt they had thousands because i doubt thousands play with everyone quitting because nf never fixes the bugs it has they always add different fail items or new nations that need to be balanced and rebalanced every other week as they constantly nerf every ship in game

When I logged in this morning, there were 264 unresolved tickets just in the General Question category. And that's after us volunteers went through and cleared out the easy ones and the questions. So yes, "thousands" is not an unreasonable estimate.

I am sorry for the Inconvenience and indeed the incorrect response,
The support section has been very busy due to the recent issues from the latest patch and only a select few can deal with certain problems.
Please re-submit the ticket making the heading as clear as possible.
