Lvl 101: Exact L2 range as it is a copy of the standard L2 guns.
Lvl 98: Exact Vanguard range as it is a copy of the standard Vanguard guns. 

But in the post, it says the new vanguard gun is cloned from lvl82 gun which is for hood actually. 

   

That is a typo, they are clones of the Vanguards lvl 91 guns.
