The highest ranked (by level) player gets a veto power.  He can ban the host and take hosting ownership.  The next highest-levelled player then gets the veto power in case the new host is also afk (and so on...)

This veto power gets activated if and only if there are 20 BBs and at least 4 CVs or when the timer hits 5 minutes (or whenever).

No prob for me at least the new host will take the responsibility to start the game. I dont think High ranking players will abuse such oppurtunity since they already gained respect among others... and their fleet mates too... o7

The only real solution for AFK Host is for NF to implement an AutoStart function.
