This breaks my heart....

Ya know, there was a time when crap like this didnt exist....

The US flag is senior to every other nations flag as it is the host country. The same could be said if I were to go to any other country. Their flag would be senior to my American flag.

CA is the land of fruits and nuts for a reason...

When "Political Correctness" is allowed to take root or thrive in an environment based on Freedom and Liberty AND the open exchange of ideas which exist solely BECAUSE of those Freedoms, we see the degradation of those Liberties and Freedoms in all aspects of a tolerant nation.
The people who thrive on Political Correctness use the same as an excuse to condemn others and they themselves become petty dictators.

"Political Correctness" is a form of INTOLERANCE which always causes grief where it is practiced, and where found practiced, should be questioned at least and challenged at best.

Although the NavyField forum administrator and his/her associates my get a "Crash Course" on Political Correctness of their own (now that the U.S. Government agencies have been re-opened to pursue new cases), even complaints can be withdrawn and forum policy can adapt the caveat such as a WW2 based online entity will include symbols and imagery in game and on forum that may be offensive to others, but were ENTIRELY in existence during the period that this game is based in.

Of course the complaint based upon those lines would have to include criminal charges (Bias crime) if the complaint is not withdrawn, in order to start the process when there are uncooperative elements at play.

The fun part is starting at the administrator and following the spiderweb down to the offenders, and as Bias is a bit more actionable now, those who fail to cooperate may face stiffer penalty on conviction. [We are not talking about a slap on the wrist here]

For some people who have poor understanding of law and politics, this means nothing to them. However no one is unreachable or untouchable.

Yet if "Political Correctness" is allowed to run rampant, then you really have nothing but another petty dictatorship. The citizens of the United States DO have differing points of view, yet the ability to express that point of view IS CHERISHED.

My point of view may be supported by some and condemned by others. They may even be found to offend certain parties. Yet without the freedom and liberty afforded to me, even my detractors could be equally censored.

This recent article helps bear witness to the real world goings on in the United States regarding issues such as offensive imagery or exchange of differing points of view. What is reported as a court case in California occurs elsewhere nationally.

Can "Political correctness" be criminalized? Yes it can. Only if the perpetrator(s) leave their backside open and sometimes the backside has to be examined closely to see if any merit to the necessity of an action exists.

Those young boys are/were well within their rights to wear a T-shirt displaying an American flag to school, on ANY DAY. The opposition to their choice/action is monumental and the result is worth witness.

You could say another form of "Political Correctness" is on trial.  :)
