Hey all,

I have a level 73 IJN BO and cannot use the Katsuragi... From what I can tell, you should be able to use it at level 72.  I currently have been using the Hiryu.  Just wondering if anyone knows why my BO would be grayed out...

The katsuragi is lvl 74..

Oh, so it is different between the EU server and NA?  Or the EU website is out of date?  Either way, thank you!
