MigaMidoZ	i classed 2 (11acc/12reload) to normal gunners... can i use them as AA Gunners or i need to get rid of them and get Rapid AA ?

EricIdle	No, for AA gunners you need to class "AA gunner" at level 21, not "Gunner". But your gunners make very nice main gunners...
