Currently, ctrl+click on a link in the forum will no longer open the link in a new window. 

Upon checking the html, SDE's web developers actually never put a link (<a href="#"></a>) but instead just onClick events on tds and spans.

I often open sub forums and threads on different tabs/windows so I don't have to hit the back button to get back and reload index page.
