If you are talking about the in-battle credits, you can't do "easily" 7000-10000 . That is doable, all right, but not easily.
And the in-battle "credits" are for shooting down aircraft, they translate into mostly experience points after the battle. So don't confuse OP.
He said he wants money fast. I don't mean in battle credits but resulting credits. In the 20s-30s what other method would get you upwards of 10K credits? Countless times people have asked how to level up on these threads - I've always answered AA. Good credit gain (and XP) at those levels.
Torping/ASW gets you next to no credits so don't do that. With low AA gunners and minimal planes shot down, expect to earn around 5000 per game.
Some sample numbers based on wins: Shoot down 5-6 fighters - over 1000 in game credits - you should get around 5000 credits.
Over 2000 should result in 6-7000 or so.
Well over 3000 can be worth close to 10K.
Unfortunately after this point you are subject to diminishing returns.
