Hello.


I was thinking and calculating about possible engineer setups. I think while elites with 13/9/9 are good for OH, they lack repair ability. So which of the following possible supports could be considered better engineers for KM?

14/14/14 - out of question, LoL

12 / n / 12 . . . Of course this is the best option, but it is hard to find.

11 / n / 12 . . . Well, easier to find, compared to 12/12
'

10 / n / 12 . . . Quite easier to find, compared to 12/12 & 11/12
'

12 / n / 11 . . . Well, losing 1 eng for a good repair stat. Would this -1 be a problem in KM?
'

11 / n / 11 . . . Easiest to find, compared to above. Again, does losing -1 eng ability worth a good rep?
'

10 / n / 11 . . . Doesn't worth it imho, but better than nothing.

11/10/10 is a solid crew for beginner, without worrying much.

Anything better 12/10/10 is perfection.

count as no late class, 200vet and full expert, boost

you get 0.23M rep increase from+9 to +10, +10 to +11 , etc.
(rep 1.46M at+9 , 1.69M at+10, etc.)

and you get about 2sec oh decrease from+13 to +12, +12 to +11, etc.
(oh 58 sec at +13, 56sec at +12, etc.)

We all know that Elite engineers are not a "best" choice for KM. I did some calculations to reach rep cap without a repairman:

 

KM B.O. Base: 14pot, 12 rep, LVL120
Repair 1453, Crew size 866, Vet cap 346,4
2'542'750 repair ability with 300 vet and 550 expert

KM Scout, Base: elite repair. Delay classed until LvL120 (boosted)
Repair 1572, Crew size 650, Vet cap 260
2'247'960 repair ability with 260 vet and 390 expert

KM AA Gunners, Base: elite repair. Delay classed until LvL120 (boosted)
Repair 1572, Crew size 650, Vet cap 260
2'247'960 repair ability with 260 vet and 390 expert

KM Gunners, Boosted. Base: 11acc/11rel with 12 rep. classed on time, LvL120
Repair 556, Crew size 1035, Vet cap 414
889'600 repair ability with 200 vet and 800 expert

KM Engineers, Boosted. Base: Hero. classed on time, LvL120
Repair 1500, Crew size 972, Vet cap 388,8
3'000'000 repair ability with 350 vet and 600 expert

Total repair ability of this crew:
35'065'830
