There was a server merge a few months back. Kaiser = Bismarck and Nelson merged Nebraska = Iowa and Yamato merged.

If your account is still empty after logging into the correct server, send in a support ticket and ask the GM's to reinstate your account. Often, when an account goes dormant for a long period of time it is backed up on a separate server and then whiped on the main server to conserve data space.

Similar to MrDye's issue, my old server was Arizona. Ticket has been logged.
