  • make HH's like the AA

   its not what you think by reading the title.what i mean is make the HH's like the way AA is give them only 1 purpose.AA only takes out planes and if used against another ship the damage would be 0.HH's can be used to take out BB's CV's and CA's which is dumb. HH's should only used for taking out subs, so i suggest we give HH's 0 damage on the surface

-50% reduce damage against surface ships
-No splash
-Remove PHH

thanks for stating that.... i agree with the poster this is getting a lil rediculess BUT :::: the surface damage is critical for if not for this then when the subs do surface and you only have hh then you can no longer get any attack from that sub... we need it to have dammage...

just give it about a month and all the PHH whores out there will have ran out due to the random drop event being over
