what is the real L2 speed cap? 39 or 40? i can see some L2 players go 40... or my engies is still low :D (7x lv 102-103 [2 heroes + 5 elites]) not yet boosted though with 110-120 vets [not a overvetter -_-] and full experts)

With three turrets equipped, the L2's speedcap outside WaW rooms is 23/39.

oh ok, TY. but i did see some L2 goes 40 at gb or its just my mind playing trick :D... can't still feel the change at W@w though, need to lvl more on my supports
