  • Activate the disabled sailors

I think the disabled sailors should be activated to add more variety. As far as I can see, there are:

Ground Crew: increase plane loading speed?
Accountant: increase credit, and perhaps points and exp when on board?
Drill Trainer: not sure what he does...
Maintenance Man: not sure what he does either...
Machine Gunner: access to unique guns? why were these taken out recently?? A

Obviously the first two would be really useful in game. The usefulness of the other ones depend on what they actually do.

Drill Trainer - Increases the rate you get Experts.
Machine Gunner - Increases ship auto AAW.

AAW is off and SDE does NOT want to give you even more experts.

Accountants would make the economy even more overinflated with credits.
(and it's already more inflated than your average furry on deviantart).

Ground crews would break the CV balance even more and would be yet ANOTHER required sailor for a CV6.
Imagine leveling a sailor form lvl 1 just to be competitive with the CV6 you already have.

They haven't been taken out recently, they haven't been in the game for over 3 years. Also they are still on the MN line, but they do absolutely nothing.

What about deck crew? they could operate torp nets on netlayers, man firefighting guns on tugs, allow to tow other ships on tugs, etc, of course we need Tug boats, salvage boats, minesweepers/layers, net tenders, and what about destroyer tenders that help low level ships repair?
