haha  :)  intresting story though, thought people here should atleast be aware of this. Personaly i dont own a smart TV, but knowing this,i dont think i want one either.Just feal sory for people who buy one before they know this, and then are faced with either deactivateing all the nice High tech wifi options these TVs come with,after finding this out,and getting riped off for features on these TVs that they allready have payd for, and opt to deactivate them for privacy.

To support what connan_add has been pointing out, the guy in the video (Thom Hartmann) is a much respected investigative journalist. He's written a very important book ("Unequal Protection") that shows how corporations got the right of being considered "persons", and what that actually means.
