Looking at the components chart for the SN on the site, I notice some guns have 100+ reload time (and not HH). Are those meant to be useable or is the reload just wrong?

I believe that is their reload time after drinking too much vodka.

More seriously. Those are typos, and limited to that chart (there are others BTW). I don't know where those numbers came from, but if you look at the guns in game, the reload is much more reasonable. Don't worry about it.
