I was wondering if for each nation a guide could be posted with two options:

how to make the optimal crew for a BB,CV & SS and through two means:

A) without using money
B) using money

This would be a collation and synthesis of 10 years of player knowledge and experience in one location, pinned in each nation forum

Do I have a here here? :)
