I do understand, abusing can lead to "No tolerance policy and as a result a ban"

However, I do suggest with due respect you deserve, to take new actions regarding such things.

1st. Remember that Software/ Eletronic equipment and devices turns to glitch and bugg, no what what, technology you put in the servers. Alot of the times, it will not be players fault. What i do suggest;

- Change the status of "Ban" -> To tempoary disabled accountto thoses players who reports an issue regarding with wrong amount of items 

a) ban should be classified as a person caught cheating with enough evidences ( solid evidences ) a person who does not report the bug, glitch and other issues )
b) Temporary Disabled account should be classified as disabled access to investigate and correct the issue when was reported properly by the user. 

How will this work?

1- Every account, will have an Status Buton with a color, similar like tickets, each colors represents an status, however after submiting a ticket, staff will explain the user, that their account is going to be disabled for amount of days to investigate and solve to place the right numbers, the user was meant to get. Not meaning their account is banned.
