  • New people unable to play Navyfield once they download the game.

I had a friend very intrested in playing NF. Once downloaded and ready to log in gets the file corruption accross his screen.

How many othe new people trying to play Navyfield have just left because they cant even get into the game to play it.

I think this should be SDEs #1 concern to repair this. If new players cant even play this game the game is just going to die.

its not a coincidence that kaiser server is drying up ... new people and frustration factor = bad combination ..

nebraska has the old beta vets who will soilder on regardless of bumps .. its ingrained after years of playing ...

Most "old vets" don't play actively anymore depending on your definition of "old vets". As far as the file corruption error goes, there's a stickyed thread in the tech. support section...

ok so theres a sticky how many new players are going to trol through the forums or even no about the support section god i played for 4 yrs no problem this last yr every patch uninstale strip out folders redownload add patch hope updater works strip off and try again not very good rearlly

Well, True if game is unplayable then people will leave. Most old vets move to NFEU or play others games..
NFNA should fix data problem and crashing bug..

Funny. I installed Windows 7, downloaded NF, got the file corruption error, went to technical support, read a thread and now it works.


Stop being a whiny kid.

His point is that people who are trying the game out will not bother to do this, hence no new players and population decrease.

That is a feature unique to Navyfield.
It's a game where you spend more time trying to get it to work, or wait for battles to start, instead of actually playing the damn thing.

I dont think I am being a whinny kid for suggesting that when a new person that has never played NF before, downloads the game and is unable to play it because of corruption errors.

How many people wanting to try a new game, and are unable to play it are going to jump threw hoops? The point is they wont. They will go find another game to play.

If new people do not enter NF the game will die more quickly. That is my point.

There are a lot more technical difficulties in this game than a year ago I here you there. Also people in game are quite a bit more mean towards newer players too.

Example 1 people saying me 1 you 0, that BS.

Example 2: seems like a lot of dds and cls in gbs are trying to get attack but very few let them, and after they get mad and tell people their just trying to get attack more people try to one shot them.

............so why should new ppl play when they get treated the worst in the game for just trying to play it?
