this is a sugestion nothing more

the sn harbor is the easyest harbor to defend its stuck in the corner and is 5 tiles deep this has a disadvantige for the fleets that are attacking compaired to the other harbors that are based more in the center of the attack grid or ar only 4 tiles deep in the center

there is only 50% of the map that is use full to play and the defending fleet can always know where to put there decencive forse at u can not try a flanking tactic in the sn harbor

my sugestion in to move the sn harbor 1 spot to the left making it more like the other harbors
