  • Bombers - TB or DB?

I've seen the posts that MN has better DB than TB, but it also counts on the situation too. Is it possible to TB a submerged sub? I mean DB does higher damage but you've got to get the right timing, meanwhile TB might do little damage but it could hit other ships behind the target.

You can hit a submerged submarine with torpedoes.

The damage on TBs used to be near useless unless really massed but they got buffed some time ago into being actually formidable.

Basically DBs are better if you already have sight but TBs work better when you have none thanks to hteir longer sight range.

Also, for fighters, when would you actually start using the normal Tiered fighters, T2/3/4 or would you just use locals all the way?

I'd use locals until capping out of them at level 75. Then, of course, you have to use T3 fighters.

So you can't use locals after level 75?

Just got my MN CV1 and 2 this weekend with DB BW crew and a little tip for you. Don't bomb 900 SD (3-4 gold ships), only bomb them when they are in orange or after they've taken a big hit. That means that there SD dropped below 900 and can easily be sunken.

For full 900 SD ships you simply do not enough damage with tier 1 DBs (7 dbs) to hurt ships like those, so it would be a waste of your bombs. You better bomb the AA ships around them or other smaller ships. Those are also more fun to bomb.
