 I know these threads dont happen often enough, thats why Im posting this one....

Here at Knights Templar Fleet we have had a few changes to Fleet and Squad structure. In that many members have had to change squads and position in the Fleet.

I would like to Thank GM's especially Dark GM and Karma for their quick , prompt and efficiant way in answering the support tickets I have sent in over the last few weeks.

How come my rear guns won't fire?
How do I launch a scout?
NF doesn't work, fix it pls.

GM's (forum mods and TNF included) truly have thankless jobs.

Yes Challen, they get swamped with tickets and requests every day.
Cop heaps of abuse from players that are Never Happy.

Yet they keep on doing their job and keep this game running.
I wouldnt want the job so again,

GMs are official employees of SDE, so they bring home paycheck for what they go through.
TNF get a monthly allowance of free premium items.

I would say that they do a good job at times, but I wouldn't grovel at their feet for it. This is a part of their job.

Stu, no grovelling here....

I have put a large number of tickets in recently and they have All been answered promptly and fixed.
For that , as it made my job easier, I say Thankyou.
