Second Degree Promotion for Sailors

I have some idea for the max level sailors so max level players won’t get bored on this game.

 Second degree Promotion is an premium item that allows you to promote or add another degree for your max level sailors. Like a person with multiple degree.

 

Example you have Max Level Normal Repairer sailor with 60% Experts, 40% Vets Boosted,

Applied Second Degree Engineer Course the Sailor will gain +11 base stats on Normal sailors.

 It will have additional Experience bar for Engine start from level 1 to 120, but Experts , vets and boost will applied to level 1 Engine also.

Your normal Repairer sailor will have multiple degree type of sailor Repairer w/ Engine,

The new Engine degree of your repairer will also gone through leveling and promotion just like the normal Engine does but only the Engine Stat will change.

Ex : if you have normal Repairer Sailor that has base stat 10  and applied the Second degree Engine Course to it,

For Normal Sailor: +11 Base

For Neutral Sailor 90, Hired Sailor 90 and Support 115: +12 Base

For Elite: +13 Base

For Hero Sailor: +14 Base

For Super Elite + 15 Base

For NF X Sailor +18 Base

Secondary Degree Available Course will be

When applied to gunner Accuracy Type: Reload, AA, Torpedo, Repair, Restore

When applied to gunner Reload Type: Accuracy, AA, Torpedo, Repair, Restore

When applied to gunner Torpedo Type: Reload, Accuracy, AA, Repair, Restore

When applied to gunner AA Type: Reload, Accuracy, Torpedo, Repair, Restore

Depending on the Country of the Gunner, for MN and KM Gunner: AA, Torpedo, Repair, Restore

 

When Applied to Repairer: Restore, Engine, Seaman, Medic, Sonar, Planesman

When Applied to Restore: Repairer, Engine, Seaman, Medic, Sonar, Planesman

When Applied to Engine: Restore, Repairer, Seaman, Medic, Sonar, Planesman

When Applied to Seaman: Restore, Engine, Repairer, Medic, Sonar, Planesman

When Applied to Medic: Restore, Engine, Seaman, Repairer, Sonar, Planesman

When Applied to Sonar: Restore, Engine, Seaman, Medic, Repairer, Planesman

Secondary Degree Course only applicable to Max Sailors 120, I also don’t expect that this item will be cheap and easily leveling their secondary Degree. They can gain experience only on Battleship, Carrier or SS from 5 to 7

low level players don't have to worry about imbalance because in GB they will be capped, the additional Stats of sailors with Secondary degree will be very effective in WAW or other rooms without cap.

It’s up to you guys if there is a limit for Secondary degree, or A single sailor with multiple degree, if you apply this item to a sailor, a sailor will gian another medal for Recognition

 

Repairer with a degree of Restorer, Engine, Seaman and Medic. A sailor with multiple functionality there is a lot of possibilities on this idea. If you like this and plan to apply this on the game I hope you reward me with 4 Second Degree course item :D
