The ocean/sea scenario need to add some effects as a suggestion because we have been battling ever since and until now its the same. Its not bad though, but only a suggestion:

1. Add some few waves or possible  storm effect/thunder so its not easy to sail or perhaps more wavely effect.
2. Can we add a few sharks, fishermen(not to shoot) or whales or perhaps dolphins effect to add more pleasing to the eye just to give neutral to the  battle scenario while sailing. 
3. Once a battleship is blown away, can we see few soldiers/sailors on lifeboat and needs rescue? perhaps there are points/creds plus factor once we can save them? somethin like that.

those are only a few suggestion but for sure will add more excitement rather than making NF2.
