Hi,

change the engine to the KM BB Engine 1 (Heavy), the one with 151 800 HP. After that, remove all the deck armor you have put, leave the 0.2 belt, and add all the bulge you can without losing speed. I would replace the seaman with another engineer. At least you should be running 24/40.

FACT!  2814 for trips, 2807 for doubles, using auto.  also both sets tend to overshoot so lead target so slightly and aim  about 1/2 the ship length UNDER the target. 

got 44 and 42 easy in opro2 and bissy  standard ship line.  3 engies  122 106  103, FOUR rect minimized passengers, and recon.

same setup in EBB Bissy is only getting 40 but all sailors have gained levels.  using high base max engies with no passengers should fix that.

BTW, anyone know the actual top in for EBB  Bissy overheat?
