Vanguard (1946)  has 8 support slots with bb4 range while Temeraire  has only 7 support  slots with bb5 range (range equal to Lion 2).   


So I leave the choice to you to choose ;);)


Speed :-

Temeraire goes a max of 37 knots while vanguard goes to 42 knots
