I'm using 12/10  acc/rel
gunners for my main guns

should I change it into 10/12s
or just keep using it?

Which do you think it is easy to hit the rel cap and acc cap easier?

you hit both cap easily enough with IJN.

Leave it like this, you'll still get great reload and accuracy.
