Thanks for the quick reply! I'm in no real hurry. Was just curious. I'm excited for steam launch and would rather their time be put into that first. :D

No problem buddy, it's my job here to help players. About the way to face a issue like yours (returning player) the official and only way to seek for assistence is actually submiting a Support Ticket (as you done). The guideline to make it easier to GM for seek your account's information is on NF forum, on "For Returning players~!(Returning player Scheme)" post.
