I have submitted 2 support tickets, one of those several weeks ago, and have yet to recieve a response. I am a paying player, and it would be nice if I could get a resolution to my issues.

They are currently swamped with numerous issues and do not have the man power to handle each players issues and concerns in a timely fashion. There are other ways to reach out. Facebook and skype may give you a quicker response.

I also sent a message on facebook and never got a response there either. I have been hesistant to use Skype because my issue requires me to send personal data.
