GB now has the higher BB and CV limit, hence better EXP pool.
GB doesn't need a flagship, so winning or losing is no longer decided by one ship surviving or disconnecting.

Those are 2 major factors that make GB so much more appealing.

It's very simple:
- GB1 got it's BB and CV limit raised.
- People got tempted about this and tried them out.
- In addition to the CV Event, rooms begun starting faster for most players (in less than 2 minutes if a BB opened a room)
- After a while, most people found out about the amazing exp/hour ratio GB1s have always given (not seen due to GB2 exp bonus blindness the masses fall upon).
- People realized they could gain 40K+exp even by loosing a battle in GB1.
- They were happy not having a flagship disconnect problem.
- People finally realized GB1 was always better.... and I hope they keep it that way.

I've been playing BB for this whole time and it's been paradise. I open a room and start it in the first 2 minutes and have been gaining more than 40k exp every battle, even if my team looses.
