French strenghts are NOT range. Its speed and power for the most part.
Now just skip the Strasbourg and you will be fine.

Well you must be doing something wrong.

Level 91 2863

100 regular and 101ebb & 115ebb guns are both 2959

BB6 guns are 3021

BB7 guns are 3044

Now in comparison.

I dont know what your issue is. Richelieu has the right range. I hope you are using F11 and Light ammo.

meh....range in not an issue...MN has the shortest range but the most ammo in the game and fastest boats..dodge well n hit em hard n ull be fine
