I cant activate my account on the webpage....i put my account name and password to the fields and try it with or without my phone number and it keeps failing.

I too am having that same problem with my primary account, however I was able to activate my secondary account. I submited a ticket but it was just closed and marked resolved with no explination.

They just don't like us. I put three support tickets in and two were closed without even adding coments, the other one ignored.

go to that Chinese web site and instead of the activation page & go to the loggin page and do a PW reset this should fix any issues activating and leave the Security Qs empty since no one before the merger has them settup .
