I can not reactive my 2 old NANF accounts

After server combie with chinese server.
It always say I have wrong password but I did not change it.
I am old player with almose 10 years with NANF
 
so that I create this new accout to write here and try to write to
customer support. But it can not summit any ticket to customer support.
 
When I get in the game with this new account,
I can find my 2 old accounts to set with friend in list.
 
Anyone can help me back ?

So it took me awhile aswell to get my accnt up again and my friend figured out that you go to the page to activate your accnt in the top right corner area their is a tab to loggin go to that an try doing a PW reset then loggin the security questions are N/A since this shouldnt be setup since its new just loggin with your ID and PW as normal ignore the questions you can set that up later if you want hope this helps / works out for you , took me and my friend some time to get the site to work out to get back in NF
