dude you harass him and swear at him in discord in Spanish.  Of course he isn’t going to answer you. I wouldn’t answer you either.  There isn’t a lot of man power to be answering the high volume of tickets that they receive on this website.  They do what they can.  Their job isn’t solely to talk to you and answer tickets.

Muchas veces hablo con él en inglés, incluso las entradas están en inglés. He estado esperando respuestas durante meses y aún paso un mes sin responder a las entradas al evento. ¡Es una pena que el tipo haga el sonido o me evite!
