I don't know if this is my issue or everyone's issue, but I can only play this game on the System Locale (English, United States.) I recently moved to Japan and my system Locale is Japanese. Whenever I boot up game in Japanese Locale, I get "Initialization Failed." I have to switch over to "English, United States" locale for NF to work properly. Is there a way to circumvent this? It's a pain having to keep switching System Locale, especially for only one game. I tried System Locale Emulators, and they don't work.
