Hello to all of you guys out there, I was tasked by a friend to get his/hers account recovered after the merger happened because it changed the passwords without the users consent, well i can already hear you typing why not just reset the password, well... thats easier said then done, the issue is that the old email address connected to the account is no longer in existance, which means no email to have the password reset site to go to, but here is the bigger issue.

TO RECOVER YOUR ACCOUNT YOU NEED TO GIVE THEM AN OFFICAL GOVERMENT ISSUED DOCUMENT

Exuse me, im no rocket scientist here, but i very well know giving Offical Goverment Documents of your ID to some Chinese company is a high speed ticket to get your ID stolen, THIS IS NOT OK AT ALL, because potentally if i was to find my ID going around the internet it would be a high speed ticket for this company to get sued with ID theif, which will not end well for this company, so for the good for this company and our selfs, remove that requirement... well unless you want to get sued that is for ID theif.

Also the long time for the responce to come is expected, I could probably learn 5 languages and speak them fluently by the time i get the responce from GMs
