IN SPITE OF GROSS FALLACIES in blitz, i have developed 14 crews(super elites with some hero fillins) to level 61( 7 SS and 7 BB ).  i am currently working on finishing 10-15 super elite FPs, TBs, and DBs to that level 61 blitz 'graduation'.

there are currently, and for a long time, many problems in blitzkrieg, both PLAYER initiated and some allowed by Kupaisky.

ABING is quite rampant.  
STACKING to assure certain team combinations(we all know that the randomness in splits is not so random and teams can be rigged to a certain degree )  is quite common.  
TEAMKILL occurs often, even without 'justification', with little or no penalty(used to be an auto kick from battle), especially with regard to the '5 minute time requirement' in event and bonus rewards.

regarding game mechanics(Kupaisky)...
8-9 ships at start often results in a 5-3 or even 6-3 split.
2 CA and 2 CL present sometimes creates a 2 CA VS. 2 CL split (plus other ships, of course).
THE WORST PROBLEMS are Geobukseon(turtleship), Black Pearl(pirate ship), and Project X-D(duck), all of which must be purchased hence PAY TO WIN!!

*** the first 2 are classed as FF, with extremely high CA level damage defense points-the Pearl having 10,000!

***all 3 do ridiculous damage upon hitting, have TINY hit boxes when attacked, ludicrous speed and overheat, and with small crews(BO and Gunners) can add astronomical belt/armor!

***teams with just one of these 3 ships are virtually assured of victory due to imbalance.
these 3  used to be banned from blitzkrieg, and BBs allowed if at level.  NOW, all BBs are banned and these 3 granted entry into blitzkrieg.  truthfully, most low-level BBs could not even compete with these 3 ships!

**consider on split, for instance, a Pearl, a Turtle, and 2 normal FFs with both normal FFs going to one team...add a Duck and a normal CA with the normal CA joining the normal FFs...and these ships are often STACKED to get exactly that result on split, game after game...how many ways can you say SCREWED!

i wonder often how many new players have quit the game in frustration because of rampant use of these VERY EXPENSIVE ships that most people can not afford.

even with the bonuses in blitz,  i'll probably never come back after i finish getting these last few super elite sailors to lvl 61.  will be time to continue levelling them anyway.  i have stayed only because the lvl 61 cutoff helps balance the levels of my crews.  and blitz has become drudgery with these ships allowed, instead of occasional fun away from GB.

While turtleship and pirate ship are indeed broken for balancing, Duck is actually pretty bad in terms of combat.

 

It has very bad spread, BB6 range but unreliable past 15" angle (due to spread and lack of good FCS + low level BO), which puts it at CL range at best, and about 1k to 1.5k damage per shell. The biggest drawback, however, is its firing arc. Basically, it can only hit ships in front of it.

 

I wouldn't consider Duck to be OP at all. The only thing "OP" about it is that it can level 10 sailors of any nation at once. It has 11 slots in total, and you only need a neutral gunner for the Duck guns.

ABing just allowed to happen, Bad Managment ,Completlly pay to win, sorry pay to vin,   three off the reasons so many have stopped playing

Blitz is for winning drops and fulfilling daily tasks. That is all.

well, for me the drops are moot points...but the 7 day blitz task yields free experts the last 2 days when completed...of course, you have plenty experts, huh...

and as i said, developing super EL crews toa similar level before joing GB...

I have little experts on this account. 
Blitz is a long ways off being what it once was. Main thing is you level so quick it makes it unecessary to play at all. Not sure what there is to like about blitz anyways.
Like I said without the drops and other incentives no one would play it. Which is exactly what we had before. 

Funny how I have owned 2 turtle ships and The Pearl yet didn't have to buy them.. 

I can understand your frustration but times have changed. We can enjoy what we're given but this isn't our game anymore.

I agree with all of you. 

Like worldedge said, most of us only play blizz for drops and daily rewards.  I do not think NF will fix blizz as long as there are revenues from players buying turtle and blackpearl.  This is probably a way for them to generate income.   

Like you said, pearl is OP in blizz with its close to 20k hp, armor, speed, and 2k per sec attacks.  Duck and turtle are also OP but they can still be defeated one on one when they have bad players against a good ship (e.g., US CL and RM CL) with good crew and strategy.  Armored pCL and pCA are also good counter tactics when these pearl and turtle players do not know what they are doing. 

The bottom line is that we can still enjoy this game by taking what we are given (what it is is what it is).  I thought that this game would disappear about 9 months ago before they merged the US and Chinese servers.  Now, at least we have full rooms to play with little wait time during part of the day and during weekend. 

By the way, they still have not fixed the HA disconnected and crashing bugs after each game (or every other game) and the APA bug that they have promised.
